Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the data, SaaS, or technology industry, preferably with OEM or embedded product partnerships
- Proven success in selling data solutions, APIs, or SaaS products and negotiating complex agreements
- Strong understanding of the B2B data ecosystem, including intent data, firmographics, technographics, and enrichment providers
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of managing and expanding partnerships
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal teams to support partnership initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Account Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our Powered by Demandbase Data solutions to key partners
- This role will focus on developing strategic relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and expanding existing partner engagements to drive adoption of Demandbase data within third-party platforms and solutions
- Drive OEM Partnerships by owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – for new and existing partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the adoption of Powered by Demandbase Data within partner ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including product, marketing, and sales leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Product Marketing, and Implementation) to tailor solutions and ensure seamless partner onboarding and success
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies with partners to drive adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth
- Identify and qualify new technology partner opportunities that align with Demandbase’s go-to-market strategy
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures that align with company objectives
- Exceed Revenue Targets by effectively managing pipeline, tracking sales performance, and providing accurate forecasts to leadership

B2B buyers face challenges that aren't met by most off-the-shelf marketing and sales software. Focused on customer sales (or converted from customer sales software), it usually fails to take into account the long sales cycles, unique advertising requirements, and account management needs of business sales. Since 2006, Demandbase has been here to change that with its account-based marketing platform designed specifically for B2B sales.
Competition in the digital sales space has heated up and Demandbase isn't the only B2B marketing firm in the sector, with other companies such as 6sense and Terminus offering marketing solutions. However Demandbase stands out by being the only demand-side platform built specifically for B2B advertising. This gives it a much more accurate identification of purchasing accounts and more precise targeting of advertising spend compared to its competitors.
Demandbase boasts a large and growing customer base including major clients such as Siemens, VISA and General Electric. On the back of several new updates and launches, as well as record bookings and strong revenue growth, the company has secured significant funds that will be used to support its next wave of platform innovation.
