- The role will require proven ability to work with vendors, partners and internal teams, execute in-person and virtual events, email, direct mail, and must have the ability to effectively work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (preferably with Marketo and Salesforce)
- Experience in creating, planning and executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and lead generation programs, ABM experience a plus
- Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details
- Ability to travel within region for meetings and events

What the job involves
- As part of the Demand Generation team and reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager-East/Canada, you will work with field sales in the Northeast US to drive pipeline in the Enterprise segment through a highly-visible portfolio of regional marketing programs and events
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance reporting of all regional marketing programs
- Manage campaign and program budgets to maximize pipeline impact and ROI across the assigned region
- Partner with field sales leadership to identify priorities and deploy programs aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Ensure campaign-generated leads are accurately captured, routed, and delivered to Sales in a timely manner
- Coordinate with sales and sales development representative (SDR) teams on pre-campaign readiness and post-campaign follow-up to drive conversion
- Research, evaluate, and launch events, sponsorships, and in-person marketing initiatives aligned to regional and corporate goals
- Communicate program plans, timelines, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee the regional fulfillment process, including promotional inventory and vendor management
- Identify and share best practices across regions to improve execution and performance
- Collaborate with Channel and ISV partners to execute and support local partner marketing programs
