• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in global organizations
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: You’re a pro at time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
• International Agility: Familiarity with international business etiquette and a talent for working across time zones and cultures
• Professional Decorum: Discreet, polished, and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adaptability: Able to keep pace in a fast-changing environment, while handling pressure with ease

• Coordinate complex, global travel arrangements for business meetings, conferences, and high-level engagements
• Build trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, from board members to clients, maintaining discretion and professionalism
• Prepare and edit executive communication - emails, presentations, and reports - with precision and polish
• Lead special projects, manage meeting agendas, take notes, and track key action items
• Facilitate cross-cultural collaboration by working effectively with team members from various countries and backgrounds, adapting to different cultural norms and expectations
