Who you are
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written. Being a native German speaker with high fluency in English is a must
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us achieve our ambitious goals within the DACH market
- As an SDR, you must be a persevering and focused professional
- Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your focus will be feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective Perk customers

- Help us scale by selling a disruptive product that changes how organizations budget, book and manage their business travel!
- Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches
- Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them and scheduling them for further consultations on the account director’s calendar
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce
- Acquire expert knowledge of Perk
- Work closely with the marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of Perk and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process
- Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFO or Travel Managers to explain the Perk Value Proposition

Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. Perk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
Perk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that Perk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
Recently rebranding from TravelPerk to Perk, the new name marks the next step in the company's transformation as it accelerates growth and broadens its mission beyond just travel management. The rebrand reflects its ambition to eliminate "shadow work" (hidden time-wasting tasks like filing expenses and chasing approvals), through AI-powered tools such as Perk Pay, which automates spend management and reduces fraud risks.
With dual headquarters in London and Boston as well as a growing footprint, Perk is evolving from a travel platform into a broader productivity partner for the modern business
