Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in event/field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail oriented
- Must be a strong verbal and written communicator
- Energetic and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Project management skills and exposure to complex organizational structures
- Ability to bring creative brand ideas to life at events
- Self-starter and independent thinker
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Marketo, Asana, and Salesforce a plus
- Candidates with prior experience working in Proptech, or Commercial Real Estate industry is an added bonus but not required
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing and partnering closely with the rest of the Marketing team, Business Development team, Sales team to curate, and coordinate marketing events, both virtually and in-person as well as develop and manage our rich community of customers and partners
- The Community Marketing Manager will use their understanding of key target audiences to cultivate and develop community activities that resonate with our prospective and current customers
- In addition to executing on event coordination, the Community Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the team to maximize key demand generation efforts including email communication, product feedback, referrals, and more
- Plan and coordinate a robust calendar of virtual and in-person events including trade shows, webinars, happy hours, customer events, panels, etc
- Project manage simultaneous event timelines
- Coordinate event logistics in collaboration with marketing, product & sales to support Dealpath community development
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop targeted, segmented, pre and follow up communication, aligned with event strategy and brand consistent messaging
- Identify and track key metrics for each event
- Foster and nurture relationships with the Dealpath community
- Work closely with marketing to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels
- Identify opportunities from events to develop new content, relationships, etc. and surface across the team
- Deliver post event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, attainment of goal and objectives, and recommendations for future event improvements

The PropTech market has had an up-and-down time over the last few years, with investment reaching record levels in 2021 before taking a dip the following year. The prospect of bringing a $217 trillion global industry into the 21st century is as challenging as it is appealing, due to a whole range of factors including unreliable data, as well as a complex and volatile market.
