Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales
- Previous experience and understanding of HubSpot (or other CRM system) and how to use this effectively
- Experience closing deals by way of product demonstrations
- Experience of managing a sales pipeline
- Possess a positive mindset with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth
- Tenacity to seek new business and exceed targets
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to instantly build rapport and connect with people at all levels
- Innovative with a passion for pushing boundaries

What the job involves
- Reporting to: Senior Sales Development Manager
- In this role, youāll be conducting product demonstrations, promoting Onetraceās software and showing the value it can bring to potential clients
- Youāll be engaging directly with our customers, gaining valuable insights that will not only enhance our service, but also guide our future product roadmap in collaboration with our product team
- Working closely with the wider sales team, youāll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of Onetraceās Business Development Strategy; exploring new business opportunities including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, product features, or finding innovative ways of reaching new markets
- Working with the whole Sales team in driving KPIs; meeting sales goals and targets
- Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Creating sales forecasts with the team and actively working towards reaching them
- Continuously optimise the Sales Development Process, including lead qualification, prospecting techniques and outreach methods, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal structure, closing and onboarding
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment in lead generation strategies
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners
