Who you are
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience: At least 3 years in organic marketing, with a preference for those experienced in B2B or tech sectors. A track record of integrating organic and paid campaigns is highly valued
- Digital Savvy: Proficient with key digital marketing platforms and tools. Specific experience with SEO tools and social media management platforms is essential
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer buying behavior online, with the ability to tailor content and strategies to meet their needs

- We're looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to support our brand's digital presence
- In this role, you will help strategize and execute organic growth initiatives across digital platforms, optimizing for SEO, engaging with our audience through compelling content, and seamlessly integrating organic and paid marketing efforts
- Strategic Positioning: Create and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engage our audience, focusing on measurable goals and MQL generation
- Content Creation: Produce and manage a diverse content calendar that includes all types of content, tailored to our audience's interests and needs across various platforms. Ability to translate products, services and value propositions into compelling content that drives traffic to our website and social media
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work together with all departments to ensure our organic marketing strategies complement broader business objectives
- Event Support and Promotion: Coordinate with Sales to provide marketing support for events, ensuring promotional materials are impactful and logistics are flawlessly executed to optimize lead generation and brand exposure
- SEO and Marketing Tools: Take charge of our SEO strategy, employing advanced techniques and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to enhance our organic search rankings. Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends to continuously refine our approach
- Analytics: Leverage analytics to assess content performance and social media engagement, using insights to drive strategy adjustments and optimize results
- Innovative Mindset: A proactive approach to marketing, with an eye for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends
