Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, payments or open banking
- Experience launching regulated financial products or working closely with compliance teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex topics into simple narratives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- A strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience
Desirable
- Familiarity with the UK and EU regulatory landscape for digital assets
What the job involves
- Take ownership over the product strategy for Yaspas core products e.g. UK and EU pay in's and pay outs as well as some smaller projects across the business.
- Support engineering resources in creating effective wireframes and technical specifications that will deliver on the business requirement
- Scope out specific prospect/customer feedback and analyse usage data/patterns in order to validate a business requirement and detail user stories
- Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share
