Product Designer, Foresight Data Machines (FDM)

• You have great intuition for what users want and how to translate this into a product
• Have an excellent sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• You are very fast and experienced in Figma or similar tools
• Have some engineering background or knowledge. We work in a very technical field. Ideally you will have a bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge in physics, engineering, compsci, or similar

Desirable

• Helping to design and decide the overall direction of our products
• Working on-site with our customers in a heavy industry setting to understand their problems first hand, design solutions, and test them in close collaboration with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists
• Executing the full product design life cycle in a self-motivated and self-managed way, including: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing
• Designing our products at every level. This includes high level conceptual design, user journeys, and microscopic aesthetics of software interfaces
• Balancing short term priorities to solve immediate customer needs with long term product strategy
