Enterprise Account Executive, Torch

• 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in upper Mid Market/Enterprise SaaS or professional development/HR tech
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Confidence in managing inbound leads with a deep focus on outbound prospecting through account level mapping and managing a multi stakeholder (line of business lead) sales cycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)

• We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business within the enterprise business segment. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new customer accounts that align with Torch’s mission and growth strategy
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for Enterprise accounts (companies typically over 1,000 employees)
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts and marketing-generated leads
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and showcase the value of Torch’s solutions
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and high-quality experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on trends, objections, and opportunities in the Enterprise market
• Participate in customer onsite engagements and industry events
