Who you are
- Have at least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospection is a key part of the role
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz

What the job involves
- We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for ‘full-stack’ Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that focuses on companies from one of the following segments: Tech & Engineering, Business Services & Media, Retail, Transport, HCR, Learn & Care, Food & Beverage or Metallurgy
- You will interact with everyone from HR executives to CEOs
- You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The average sales cycle is 4-6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150K€
- At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless
