Who you are
- Have prior experience with building a front-end product and building for developers (ie, B2B)
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools, particularly Jira
- Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL and have a strong understanding of database structure and mechanics
- Proficiency in interacting with and understanding REST API’s
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proactive and self-motivated – you have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong decision-making skills – you know how to make a decision, document why you made that decision, and pivot/iterate quickly when things change
- Humility – you are not afraid to ask questions and you don’t hesitate to recognize colleagues and give credit where credit is due
- Experience in crypto, fintech, brokerage, brokerage-as a service, or trading industries
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
What the job involves
- Zerohash is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager, CX & Developer Platform, to lead the strategy and execution of the experiences that define how partners and end users interact with our platform
- This role will own the end-to-end product vision and delivery for all customer-facing surfaces — including embedded SDKs, client portals, dashboards, and other user-facing interfaces — while also shaping the underlying developer platform capabilities that power them. You will be responsible for driving UI excellence and ensuring our experiences are intuitive, scalable, and reflective of the sophistication of our infrastructure
- We thrive on a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability. You will be tasked with constructing and executing on the product roadmap, but should also be able to roll up your sleeves and contribute to solving complex business and technical problems
- Own the roadmap for our Developer Platform and all SDKs
- Construct, maintain, and execute on the product roadmap ensuring timely and successful delivery of products, features, and enhancements
- Interface directly with external clients in order to elicit requirements and product feedback
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, client services, growth, sales, and marketing to create outsized value and to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Translate high-level concepts and strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and user stories using Jira
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations, particularly in the crypto and compliance domains
- Collaborate with other product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Our take
Zero Hash provides embedded crypto solutions, including for risk and settlement, post-trade management, compliance, liquidity, and asset management. This breadth of scope, in combination with Zero Hash’s API-driven business model, means its clients can access a competitively broad range of crypto products; and get them up and running competitively fast.
Zero Hash's gamble is that an increasing number of companies will be looking to offer crypto products to their customers, and it's being firmly vindicated. NFT minting, trading, and ownership has skyrocketed over recent years, and crypto trading has broken into the mainstream.
Despite the boom in crypto trading, November 2022's FTX crash has given way to a more cautious market. Internal controls, governance, and closer attention from regulatory bodies have somewhat slowed the pace of trading.
As a global exchange, though, Zero Hash is carving out a role for itself as a watchdog and overseer. Crypto firms such as Juno are turning to Zero Hash to improve the user experience. With some other major players like MoneyLion, DraftKings, and MoonPay under its belt, Zero Hash has risen above the tumult, reaching unicorn status after an impressive 2025 funding round.
