Role
Who you are
- You are fluent in English and Spanish (any additional language skills are a plus)
- You bring proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an international or fast-paced environment
- You have a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, from talent sourcing and stakeholder management to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- You are a confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds
- You have a naturally curious mindset and a genuine interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring operations
- You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgement

What the job involves
- As part of our dynamic international People team, you will play a key role in driving our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe
- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to contribute to a tech-driven, mission-led organisation, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent
- Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering/ Tech, and more
- Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making
- Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand
- Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent
