When I joined Welcome, there were 40 of us, now there are 10 times as many, and yet I still feel the same energy in people, the same ability to listen, the desire to work together while respecting each other and recognising each other's opinions and expertise.

At Welcome, it's not a bad idea to disagree or to challenge, as long as you do it in the right way and with the right arguments. All topics are open to question, whether it's a CEO speaking out or a designer presenting their research. Feedback is also taken into account, whether on new organisations, working methods or company policy.
