Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management/Customer Success
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize internal and external requests
- Extreme attention to detail, the little things matter!
- Ability to measure, understand, and communicate business needs and impact to your customers
- A drive to be creative and suggest solutions that may be out of the box
- Experience working with HR Professionals is a plus
- Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
What the job involves
- As a Launch Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging launch plans for new customers in onboarding alongside our Customer Success and Implementation team
- You’ll work directly with our employer customers to identify high-opportunity communication channels, unique and creative campaigns, launch events, and other ways to raise awareness about the Rain benefit
- Success will be directly tied to increased user adoption and engagement
- Develop comprehensive, custom launch plans for new employer customers based on their specific needs and outcomes
- Collaborate both with the Sales team and Operations team to match the employer launch plan with the specific problem we’re solving for the employer and end user
- Create client excitement in the launch of the benefit for their employees
- Oversee all messaging and communication permissions while coaching employer customers on the importance of Rain communications
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external employee communication partners to create a unified communications plan that drives a successful client launch
- Manage all launch-related tasks, including procuring print materials and delivering the go-to-market launch playbook
- Align and coordinate timing and permissions for product and marketing communications to ensure a seamless and impactful launch process
- Confirm launch schedules and actively track enrollment progress throughout the critical first three months
- Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to evaluate launch outcomes and identify opportunities for growth and future expansion
- Leverage client insights to improve the marketing toolkit and strengthen future go-to-market strategies

Rain is free to employers who offer it as a benefit for their employees, and it integrates with payroll systems easily. Instead of paying high interest on a payday loan, employees pay a small fee for the transaction when they access pay before payday.
Rain is backed by Clear Haven Capital, a company offering balance sheet capital solutions for financial services. Clear Haven has invested in other ascendant fintechs such as Walnut and Torpago, making it a promising partner. Rain's impressive investment will fund its continued US expansion, further develop technology and infrastructure, as well as contribute to increasing marketing efforts.
