Role
Who you are
- You have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Project Management or a related field. You have strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools and platforms, your excellent written and verbal communication skills (in French and in English) are really appreciated. In your previous internships, you paid attention to details and were able to drive a project
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience or coursework in HRIS systems and HR communication is a plus
- Passion for HR and interest in contributing to the development of HR processes and strategies
What the job involves
- As our first HR Operations intern, you will have the opportunity to support the set-up of a new HRIS system, work on the onboarding processes and drive effective HR communication initiatives
- You will collaborate with various departments (HR, Marketing, Communication, R&D, Theory) to develop and execute effective HR communication campaigns and enhance our employer brand among students and campuses
- We are 85 and plan to be 120 in one year, you will be part of this change,
- You will work closely with our HR Director on different projects :
- Support the HR Director in the implementation, enhancement, and troubleshooting of a new HRIS system (Lucca)
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports from the HRIS system for various HR processes and initiatives
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and execute effective HR communication strategies and initiatives
- Create and update HR communications materials, including employee welcome book and digital content
- Contribute to strengthen the awareness of the company and establish Quandela as an employer of choice in Deeptech
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR communication and campus recruitment strategies
- Create content to develop the Employer Brand on Social Media (LinkedIn, Insta, .. ), and relationships with the academic ecosystem, based on a defined agenda
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR events, initiatives, and campaigns
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and industry influencers to attract top talent and establish Quandela as an employer of choice
- Coordinate campus recruitment efforts, including organizing career fairs, information sessions, and interviews
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of HR communication and campus recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvements
- The intern will collaborate with the HR Director to develop and execute effective HR communication strategies and initiatives : create and update HR communications materials, including employee welcome book and digital content ; create content to develop the Employer Brand on Social Media (LinkedIn, Insta, .. ), and relationships with the academic ecosystem, based on a defined agenda ; stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR communication and campus recruitment strategies

Our take
As quantum computing shifts from the realm of theory to that of reality, Quandela is here to facilitate its accelerated uptake. The company supplies access to Quantum Processing Units via the "Quandela Cloud", and is also developing photonic quantum computers to sell to industrial customers.
Through its cloud gateway, users can submit jobs to Quandela's quantum computers and monitor them from an online interface, helping to make quantum computing more widely accessible. The company also runs a computing platform called MosaiQ, through which new quantum computing algorithms and protocols can be prototyped, developed, and implemented.
Having already made strides in the sector, Quandela's latest focus is the delivery of its commercial quantum computers, the first of which was bought and hosted by cloud provider OVHcloud in an industry-first transaction. Funding will support the expansion of this side of the business and otherwise support the company's as-yet-confidential roadmap.
