Role
Who you are
- 2-4 Years of Account Management and/or Business Development experience
- Experience with and/or strong knowledge of a variety of online marketing channels including performance, display, PPC, SEO
- Experience working with affiliate networks, content monetization platforms, or publisher networks is not mandatory but desirable
- Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs associated with the Publisher ecosystem (revenue per redirect, revenue per session, conversion, cost of sale, etc.)
- Comfortable working with technologies and technical teams, particularly as it pertains to the commercial and high-level aspects of implementing technology solutions
- Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building and account management
- Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
- Drive and motivation to help advertisers find growth opportunities
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Objection handling and negotiation skills
- Curious about learning and interested in keeping up with industry trends
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated, driven, flexible and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Salesforce/Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
- Be present at London office minimum three times per week
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Manager to join our Marketing team
- In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our Premium and VIP Preferred Partners, responsible for pitching inbound leads, building strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business goals, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and upselling opportunities
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success

- Understand merchant goals and tailor affiliate strategies that align with their broader marketing objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimise the affiliate programs of merchants of all sizes
- Successfully manage a global merchant/advertiser portfolio
- Identify and recommend relevant premium publishers from our network to drive performance
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, clicks, conversions, and program ROI for Merchants using various internal reporting tools
- Collaborate with the Publisher team on proactive optimization initiatives to take advantage of significant sales events
- Cross sell new and upcoming traffic sources to merchants in order to help increase incremental level of clicks, sales and revenue
- Convert warm leads into new accounts
- Collaborate with the Operations team to analyze data and guarantee the technical optimization of our programs
- Attend conferences and industry events to represent Skimlinks to prospective clients
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of client interactions, strategies, and optimisations to ensure continuity and transparency
- Create strategic relationships by identifying growth opportunities, building a trusted working relationship and identifying organisation pain points
- Partner with key stakeholders within Skimlinks / Connexity to ensure client success across Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Keep current with the latest trends in affiliate marketing, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), and influencer marketing, utilizing this knowledge to enhance client campaigns

Connexity, which was first founded as Shopzilla, offers online sellers and publishers a means of building revenue and finding new customers without having to sell data to big-name advertising and discovery brands, namely Google and Facebook.
