  • Combining external market monitoring with internal analysis, the team sets business objectives, supports strategic decisions, and identifies new growth opportunities
  • We are seeking a talented Strategic Finance Manager to join our team in Amsterdam
  • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the key financial partner to our Head of Marketing and the wider Marketing Organization
  • With data-driven insights, you will help the Marketing leadership optimize marketing investments and support strategic initiatives that drive growth
  • Your expertise will guide financial planning and empower marketing leaders to make impactful decisions
  • You will be responsible for marketing top-of-the-funnel forecasting, strategic analyses, and financial planning
  • This executive-facing position is instrumental in shaping Miro's future and bringing Marketing Strategic Finance to the next level
  • Serve as the Strategic Finance business partner to our Marketing organization and Head of Marketing
  • Develop and enhance financial planning models to support customer acquisition and increase revenue impact
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to set and track performance targets, optimizing efforts based on data-driven insights, including Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), customer lifetime values (LTV), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and campaign effectiveness
  • Build investment cases for incremental investments in brand marketing, performance marketing, and other revenue-driving initiatives and provide strategic finance advice to executives
  • Collaborate with other areas of the Strategic Finance team, including Sales finance, R&D finance, and corporate functions
  • Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership and board meetings, highlighting key Marketing trends and financial insights

Miro’s initial strategy of offering free and discounted subscriptions and then moving to paid models has paid off. The platform currently has over 35 million users and is trusted by enterprises such as VMware, Zendesk and Frog. As part of its ongoing battle with Zoom, Miro acquired video-chat startup Around in 2022, to remain competitive in the market.
