Full Stack Developer, GetAgent

• Demonstrable professional Javascript coding experience & comfortable working with our stack
• Well-rounded front-end and back-end experience, with a strong appetite to work across the full stack
• Working Knowledge of SQL databases
• Great attention to detail
• Strong communicator and the ability to work cross functionally

Desirable

• We're looking for a mid-level full stack developer to join our cross-functional Growth team, which includes developers, designers, and product managers working across core and new product, marketing and acquisition initiatives
• The engineering team operates as a single unit led by a Lead Developer, comprising a senior developer, three mid-level and a junior
• You’ll be expected to manage end-to-end delivery of projects after an initial settling-in period (2–3 months), working across both front-end and back-end with a fairly even split
• Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a product mindset will be key in this role
• While people management isn’t required, collaboration is—this role involves regular interaction with teams across the wider Growth team, Customer Support, Operations, and Design, depending on the project
• We follow a bi-weekly sprint cadence with planning, retros, daily standups, and regular code reviews
