Who you are
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role supporting executives
- Proven ability to maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organization and with external partners
- Skilled at managing a high volume of tasks with minimal direction in a fast-paced, global environment
- Able to exercise good judgment, anticipate needs, solve problems, and prioritize effectively
- Positive and collaborative, with a sense of humor and a desire to help build a fun and supportive work environment

What the job involves
- We're looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Office of the President
- You'll support the President and the Office of the President team by keeping operations organized and on track
- You anticipate needs, handle details with care, and use your problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- Manage demanding schedules and balance competing priorities with a high degree of autonomy
- Ensure the executive is fully prepared for internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting materials and conducting research
- Manage email and other communication streams, prioritizing issues and delegating when appropriate
- Drive multiple high-priority and high-visibility projects simultaneously, following through in a timely manner
- Manage complex domestic and heavy international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and on-the-ground support
- Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time
- Proactively identify and implement systems to improve efficiency for the executive and office
- Collaborate with and support the Lead Sr. EA, Chief of Staff, and other EAs to maintain a strong team environment across senior management

Sony's acquisition of Crunchyroll in 2021 for $1.75B expanded the platform's reach, integrating Sony's extensive animation library into its offerings. this move also positioned Crunchyroll for heightened competition against streaming giant Netflix, known for its substantial investments in anime production and acquisition. Currently, Crunchyroll maintains an unrivaled library of anime content, boasting over 44,000 episodes that have attracted over 0M paying subscribers.
While Crunchyroll initially offered a free, ad-supported tier to its vast community, it appears poised to phase out this option, transitioning to a subscription-based model for all new series. Despite this shift, the platform has implemented a global reduction in fees to stimulate subscription uptake. The success of this strategy remains to be seen, but past experiences with companies like Hulu suggest that it may drive subscription growth and mitigate piracy
