Role
Who you are
- We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive advertising revenue across our streaming platform. The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep knowledge of the CTV landscape
- Proven key decision-maker relationships at Independent agencies and with mid-market clients
- Skilled at customizing media solutions utilizing our scale, sponsorships, and advanced targeting
- 7+ years of advertising sales experience, preferably in streaming, digital video, or CTV
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Self-starter and a strong team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising industry
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and in a fast-paced, high growth environment
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Tubi’s innovative solutions to agencies and clients, ensuring alignment with their KPIs and goals. In this role, you’ll leverage all of Tubi’s capabilities - including ad products, measurement tools, data partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities
- Own and grow the book of businesses across Mid-Market and Independent Agencies in assigned region
- Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising partnerships across the Tubi platform
- Develop customized media solutions using Tubi’s scale/reach, sponsorships, and advanced targeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, and content) to ensure client success and campaign optimization
- Lead client presentations, demos, and strategic discussions to communicate the value of Tubi’s offerings
- Build strong relationships with the assigned agencies - including buyers and in some cases, planners, strategy, and clients
- Stay current on streaming, CTV, programmatic, and digital ad market trends

To achieve this, the streaming service relies on ad revenue to support its extensive content library. Rather than focusing on producing original content, Tubi emphasizes acquiring the right to preexisting shows and movies.
Leveraging a business model centred on ad-supported streaming, Tubi has successfully disrupted the highly competitive industry. And this approach has resonated with audiences, helping the service amass over 100M monthly active users.
