Founding Business Development Representative, Cast AI

• Demonstrated success in outbound BDR/SDR work within B2B SaaS, ideally selling developer tools, DevOps, data, AI or application-platform products

• Ability to understand a complex enterprise AI product quickly and turn it into clear, relevant messaging for technical and business buyers
• Strong account research, cold calling, personalised email and LinkedIn outreach skills
• Comfortable building and owning outbound sequences, testing messaging and improving the process rather than following a fixed playbook
• Detail-oriented with disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline management and follow-up
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful and accountable. This is a founding role, so you need to make decisions, spot gaps and create solutions from day one
• Resilient, coachable and able to maintain momentum through rejection and ambiguity
