Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Must have prior experience in the MedTech/ HealthTech/ SaaS
- Must have a strong cross-country network to MedTech, HealthTech, and care providers in at least 3 countries (Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, UK)
- Prior experience in a key account/ partner management role
- Track record of successful managing sales pipelines, teams, and complex multi-year deals
- Proven track record in solution selling (i.e. SaaS + service/ consulting) in a consultative sales role
- Deep understanding of consultative sales methodologies, including needs analysis, solution development, and value-based selling
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset to drive strategic decision-making
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strategic thinker, people person, and team player
- Passionate for helping clients increase value and achieve their business goal
- English and one other language (preferably German or French) is a must; more languages are preferred
What the job involves
- We are currently seeking an accomplished and highly experienced professional to join our team as Senior/Director EU Sales Manager. In this pivotal position, you will have the responsibility of driving commercial business development of Caresyntax’s software and service solutions across sales channels (e.g. MedTech, HealthTech providers) and Value Partnerships
- Your strategic acumen and industry expertise will be instrumental in driving substantial revenue growth throughout the critical markets of Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, and UK
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to effectively promote Caresyntax’s software and service solutions across multiple channels such as MedTech providers and HealthTech companies Lead strategic initiatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Customer Acquisition: Be responsible and accountable for bringing in new commercial opportunities along Caresyntax’s value proposition. Spearhead the proactive identification and acquisition of new clients to increase Caresyntax’s market presence across regions. Leverage your extensive network and take charge of prospecting and lead qualification to ensure a strong and qualified pipeline. Craft and manage key-account/business relationships with select companies, fostering synergistic solutions and value-driven sales
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling and tailored offerings, presentations, and demonstrations that express Caresyntax’s value proposition. Develop and implement account plan practice to drive sales transformation and value-focused selling. Develop cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders to execute the account strategy and sales programs driving business results
- Consultative Selling: Profound understanding of the challenges and requisites of the healthcare markets and key stakeholders. Employ a consultative sales approach, incorporating market research, comprehensive needs assessments, and compelling presentations and demonstrations to engage key stakeholders
- Strategic Analysis: Deliver financial analyses and long-term forecasting, evaluating the sales impact of market solutions and overall commercial success
- Relationship Cultivation and Management: Cultivate and advance strategic partner relationships across regions and channels. Foster cross-selling and collaborative go-to-market opportunities, evolving into a trusted advisor for perioperative value enhancement
- Continuous Learning and Leadership: Proactively enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales skills. Be a role model and support junior role’s personal and professional development
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by uncertainty and regular changes, serving as a beacon of stability and resilience
