Who you are
- At least 5 years of recent and progressive technical marketing engineering/technical product marketing - a MUST
- Cyber security background + startup experience - a plus
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate effectively to both technical and business level audiences
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, complex environment with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a rockstar Product Marketing Manager to play an integral role in developing effective product messaging to our existing and new products.
- As a Product Marketing Manager you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.
- You will produce a variety of technical and marketing collateral for multiple online and offline channels. And if you love technology as much as you love words you are one for us!
- Create technical marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition, benefits and features to customers, including: use cases, datasheets, whitepapers, articles, webinars etc
- Take full ownership of product content planning and execution: excel in collecting, analyzing and conveying technical data in compelling and differentiating messages
- Work with the Product team and the Sales team to translate the product and capabilities into customer value. Translate this value into messaging that can be used across the organization
- Work with the marketing team to support marketing efforts, including campaigns, website content development and social media
- Develop deep understanding of the buying audience, target personas, buyer needs and the purchasing decision process for our products

Cynerio is looking to help healthcare CISCOs combat the emerging threat of hospital network cyber-attacks. With nearly 70% of medical devices expected to be connected to health system networks by 2025, the threat is urgent. Cynerio’s suite of preemptive and proactive zero-trust solutions for medical devices is designed to assess and mitigate this risk.
The risk that security breaches pose to patients is clear, but combating them in a field that often operates on outdated and cumbersome systems is a difficult task. Founded in 2017, Cynerio has already won a number of industry accolades and funding for its efforts to do so, delivering both proactive and reactive measures that enables multi-layered defense and valuable visibility into all a hospital's devices.
The investment has been used to double down on its involvement in the lucrative US market, where healthcare security spending is in the trillions of dollars. Breaches in health care systems over the past few years mean many more organizations will be looking for cybersecurity options, and as the company continues to improve its offering it should remain a strong option in the market.
