What the job involves
- You will join the Sales Operations function, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CRO, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Finance teams
- Your initial focus will be on Sales Operations
- You will own and optimise HubSpot, improve data quality, manage quoting and invoicing processes, and support the sales team on a daily basis
- As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to expand into Revenue Operations
- You will help us design joined-up processes across sales, marketing, and success, automate workflows, and generate insights from data that improve the entire customer journey
- This role involves a significant administrative component, providing essential support to the sales team
- Administer our HubSpot CRM including fields, workflows, automations, and lists
- Ensure data is clean, structured, and useful for reporting and decision-making
- Manage and streamline quote, invoice, and PO processes in collaboration with the CoS and the wider ops team
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and pipeline
- Support the Sales team with CRM training, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align tools and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve how we work across the full revenue funnel
