Who you are
- 1+ years of closing experience within a SaaS company
- Experience closing deals valued at $25,000+ within organizations up to 250 employees
- Ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of your pipeline
- Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- Ability to work autonomously

What the job involves
- Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our small business segment covers companies of 10-250 employees
- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
- Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners

There are an increasing number of startups attracting huge amounts of investment and being pushed to scale their business fast, meaning the customer base for Hibob's services, whilst already large, is growing.
Hibob has attracted high-profile customers like Fulham FC, eToro, and Receipt Bank, which gives them great credibility for selling to other companies.
Hibob's acquisition of Cassiopeia - a Workplace Relationships Analytics Startup, will afford companies better insights to improve team communications and support flexible work models. Together, they wish to offer thousands of companies the tools they need to maximize the employee experience in our increasingly digital world.
