- You have 2+ years’ experience in workplace experience, office management, or facilities coordination, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling organisation
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease

- You’re confident in managing workplace suppliers, including food and beverage programs, to ensure quality and budget efficiency

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an organised and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team
- You’ll take ownership of the in-office experience at Cleo, ensuring our workplace is safe, welcoming, and set up for our people to do their best work
- You’ll collaborate closely with the People and IT teams, supporting day-to-day operations, onboarding, compliance, and cultural initiatives
- You’ll play a key role in making Cleo a great place to work — keeping the office tidy and stocked, arranging team socials and surprise & delight moments, managing the food and beverage program, maintaining health and safety documentation, and responding to workplace queries with a customer-first mindset
- You’ll also provide frontline troubleshooting for IT issues, manage Zendesk tickets, and support on wider People team projects
- You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the office, keeping it clean, stocked, and fully operational, while managing vendor relationships and budgets
- You’ll oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and ensure health & safety documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date
- You’ll facilitate smooth onboarding experiences, welcoming new joiners into the office and ensuring access control is managed effectively
- You’ll coordinate team socials, fun activities, and surprise & delight initiatives that support our culture and employee engagement
- You’ll lead on the food and beverage program, ensuring high-quality snacks, drinks, and catering are provided and aligned with employee needs
- You’ll respond to workplace queries and Zendesk tickets in a timely manner, providing frontline IT troubleshooting and escalating where needed
- You’ll be the point of contact between the office, IT, and People teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions
- You’ll support the People team with wider projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, operational improvements, and events
- You’ll coordinate logistics for in-office events and company-wide gatherings, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- You’ll act as the first point of contact in the office with a strong customer-service mindset, ensuring communication is clear, empathetic, and solution-focused

Its Series C funding will help the company to double down in the US, where it will make a significant increase in employee headcount, and enable Cleo to maintain and expand its service during an economic downturn.
Financial advice delivered via bots is a crowded space, so Cleo benefits from having a strong brand presence. It has gone for very bold, fun, Gen Z-focused messaging which helps it to stand out from competitors such as Emma, Plum, and Chip.
