- Experience growing a challenger brand
- High level experience owning brand strategy, brand guidelines and overarching KPIs

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Brand Lead to run the end to end strategy of our hero brand: SoBe Burger. With already 200 delivery locations, SoBe delivers over a million burgers a year to customers across the UK.
- The next step on our journey is to open burger restaurants across the country - and we are looking for a highly creative and entrepreneurial Brand Lead who can take full ownership of SoBe Burger as it grows to neighbourhoods across the country!
- The SoBe Brand Lead will own the end to end brand identity and growth strategy for the brand.
- They will develop and execute a comprehensive overall brand strategy to enhance brand recognition, drive customer engagement & increase market share of SoBe in our key launch areas.
- The role will take both a centralised strategy of building the brand as well as locally activating our launch locations
- This role requires a strategic thinker, capable of leading brand initiatives that align with our wider business goals.
- The Brand Lead will work closely with the internal teams and external partners (franchise owners) to elevate the brand's presence across the UK.
- The ideal candidate for this role will be willing to get stuck into all aspects of the SoBe world - hosting events, being on site for new openings, or signing partnership deals - you will handle it all!
- This role sits within the Sessions Studio, our culinary and creative hub and reports into the Managing Director
- Trends: Be at the forefront of industry trends to continuously improve strategies and tactics
- Brand Strategy: Own end to end brand strategy and all associated KPI’s
- Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels. A large part of this will be our appearance on the delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber, JET). You will be able to articulate how the brand lives in both a delivery only and a bricks and mortar capacity
- Budget Ownership: Owns the whole SoBe brand annual budget, allocating spend for maximum impact and ROI for our franchisees
- Brand Campaign Management: end to end management of brand campaigns for strategic brands in the portfolio e.g. around certain events like the Euros, or special collabs with other brands
- Product / Menu: Work closely with our Culinary Director to ensure our hero products are as great as they can be, feeding back customer experiences and creating viral specials
- Community Management: working closely with the support team to ensure we are always keeping our customers happy and turning our customers into fans of the brand
- Content Calendar Management: Develop content strategy aligned with marketing initiatives and events. You will work closely with the Social Media Lead to execute these campaigns
- Experienced copywriter across print and digital: able to translate brand TOV appropriately across a variety of platforms
