Senior Insights Analyst, Moloco

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
• 6+ years of quantitative analysis experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
• Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and teams and presenting to senior executives
• Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
• Proven track record of creating easy-to-use, actionable dashboards, reports and tools with data visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau and Data Studio
• Strong attention to detail

• The team partners closely with other parts of the GTM org, including the GTM Design, Sales Operations, and Sales Activation teams, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing
• The Analytics team owns high visibility strategic initiatives and have direct exposure to C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling
• Lead complex, strategic deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability, market penetration, customer retention, sales productivity and more
• Design and build reports, dashboards and tools to give GTM and sales teams visibility into key business metrics and improve productivity
• Lead business reviews with the leadership team to identify key business trends, opportunities and risks
• Support leadership team’s decision-making on business strategies with data-driven market insights
