What the job involves
- As HealthLeap's Founding Technical Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in building our recruitment strategy from the ground up
- This is a high-impact role where you will create and execute a full recruitment program to attract top-tier technical talent that drives our mission forward
- You'll have the autonomy to shape the talent acquisition function and influence how we scale our team
- Build and own HealthLeap’s end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical roles, including AI, machine learning, software engineering, and GTM
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and prioritize critical roles for rapid growth
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent, with a focus on both active and passive candidates
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding
- Develop and refine recruitment processes, tools, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Establish and track recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build an inclusive recruitment culture that prioritizes diversity and equity
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets and recruitment strategies
Our take
Founded after witnessing the tragic effects of untreated malnutrition in hospitals, HealthLeap aims to develop AI-assisted tools for healthcare professionals to better address hospital malnutrition. One such tool is the app NutriLeap, used by dieticians to enhance their assessment of a patient’s nutritional needs.
Typically, this work is done by hand. HealthLeap provides productivity-based solutions for often understaffed dietetics, enabling them to deliver efficient and bespoke treatment to patients. With the pandemic accelerating healthcare professionals’ use of digital tools, HealthLeap is positioned to capture a significant market share with its software.
With recent funding, HealthLeap next step is to provide discharged patients with adequate aftercare, informing them of any changing nutritional needs, key to reducing hospital readmissions. Currently focused on the US, its goal is to eradicate hospital malnutrition globally.
