Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years in an office coordination or administrative role
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Unreasonable hospitality, willingness to go above and beyond for our employees and guests
What the job involves
- Greet guests at reception and uphold a friendly work environment
- Order and manage office supply inventory (pens, staples, paper, ink, etc.)
- Pick up mail, manage package distribution to employees, schedule package pickups
- Maintain general office organization of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations
- Assemble gift packages (baby gifts, customer gifts)
- Assist with general requests from Executive Assistants to help set up lunches/coffee for customer and internal executive meetings
- Serve as point-of-contact for facilities requests and repairs, liaise with property management
- Assist with onboarding new employees and day-to-day requests from current employees
- You will be expected to be in-office 5 days a week
- This is a 6-month contract role, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time
