Who you are

- Technical fluency. You're comfortable working through problems with developers—not just handing off files. You understand how your decisions affect the codebase, and you enjoy that conversation
- AI as a natural part of the toolkit. You treat AI as a tool to move faster and solve problems better—it's just part of how you work
- Real availability. You’re reachable for live, back-and-forth conversation during our 2-3 hour daily overlap window. Some things are just easier when they aren't async
What the job involves
- We have one open designer seat. We don't have a large design department; we have one role for someone who wants to own the entire user experience across both Drip and Sleeknote
- This is a position for someone who has done this long enough to know what "good" looks like—and cares enough to get there even when no one is watching. You’ve likely owned a product experience end-to-end and may have managed other designers. Right now, you’re likely craving a high-autonomy role where you can stay close to the actual work
- You’ll spend some of your time on the big questions—identifying where real friction lives, shaping how the experience holds together across two brands, and connecting design decisions to business goals
- At the same time, you'll stay close to the small details—the interaction that's just a little off, the flow that almost works, and the component that needs one more pass. Both kinds of work matter deeply here, and we need someone who finds meaning in both
Our take
Drip is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built to help eCommerce brands drive sales through multi-channel marketing campaigns, without requiring coding experience. Their aim is to connect order management with marketing at the customer level, across major platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.
Drip's particular focus is on SMS and email marketing channels. SMS marketing is proving an increasingly effective and popular outreach method, especially as generation Z begin to command greater spending power. With over 30,000 marketers using the platform, Drip are enjoying both good uptake and good customer satisfaction rates.
Drip has also helped support smaller eCommerce businesses through their Brand Boost Program. These independent brands usually get overlooked in favor of other major online retailers, and so Drip has been helping handle the marketing and promotion for brands that sign up to the community.
