What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and help grow our product, R&D, and engineering departments
- You won’t just fill roles; you’ll shape how we attract, assess, and secure world-class talent, ensuring our hiring strategies support Synthesia’s next phase of growth
- As we plan to nearly double our technical teams in the next year, you’ll own end-to-end hiring for key roles such as Fullstack Engineers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers
- You'll lead processes from sourcing to offer acceptance and ensure we're delivering a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll partner with hiring managers, leverage data-driven insights, refine recruitment strategies, and elevate our employer brand
- In doing so, you’ll help shape the future of Synthesia and ensure we continue to attract exceptional talent for our next phase of growth
