Who you are
- 10+ years in product marketing and GTM at a B2B SaaS company
- 5+ years leading teams and/or cross-functional strategic initiatives involving executive-level stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams

What the job involves
- As the Commercial Marketing Lead at Brex, you'll craft the entire story for one of our most important customer segments: small to medium sized businesses
- You'll communicate exactly how Brex products like our corporate cards, expense management, bill pay, travel and more provide the essential financial tools to help them grow and scale their business
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new product and GTM growth opportunities
- Build the overall narrative and marketing strategy for the commercial segment, ensuring our messaging directly addresses and resonates with mid-market decision-makers
- Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns and sales plays to optimize every stage of the startups customer journey–from acquisition to adoption to retention
- Communicate and evangelize our product roadmap / seasonal releases to internal stakeholders and customer accounts
- Create sales and marketing assets—including pitch decks, one-pagers, web pages, testimonials, and thought leadership—that demonstrate how Brex can them spend smarter and move faster
- Partner with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure narrative and GTM alignment
- Define and report on key success metrics, including segment pipeline growth, campaign performance, and product adoption - and continuously optimize marketing plans based on data
