Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise onboarding
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data flows
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopify+, Magento 2, BigCommerce, SFCC, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers — from kickoff through go-live. You’ll combine technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic advisory to ensure customers launch successfully, adopt confidently, and realize long-term value from Yotpo
- You won’t just configure software. You’ll architect scalable solutions, manage complex implementations, and serve as a trusted technical partner to some of the most innovative eCommerce brands in the world
- Own end-to-end onboarding projects as the primary point of contact from kickoff to launch
- Design and guide our customers in implementing scalable, multi-product solutions across Reviews, Loyalty, and other Yotpo products
- Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture across E-Commerce platforms and custom API environments
- Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, and platform-specific logic
- Manage timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
- Partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Customizations teams
- Deliver client training and enablement sessions to ensure strong product adoption
- Guide customers through best practices and long-term technical strategy

The retail sector is continuing its decisive pivot towards eCommerce, creating a vast and growing market for innovative eCommerce tools and software. Yotpo is a SaaS-based eCommerce marketing startup offering integrated data-driven loyalty, SMS marketing, and review solutions, amongst others, on a single platform.
The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce, and Adobe. In a sector where the breadth of reach is key, it is wise to deepen existing partnerships and continue with new acquisitions - both of which appear to have remained a priority for Yotpo alongside the launch of its eCommerce Retention Marketing Platform in 2023.
Its focus on a single platform and integrated experience is likely to be a success, as the spate of new eCommerce tools is creating a real need for streamlined and optimised management as the sector develops.
