Who you are
- We’re looking for a storyteller who puts meaning before metrics and unites all our messaging into one consistent voice
- Experienced in leading marketing for international tech-forward products with a bold, creative brand voice
- A true generalist, able to cover brand, communications, product marketing, and ads — not just executing, but making decisions and shaping direction
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ideally at a native or near-native level
- An aesthete with a moral compass, attentive to detail, who won’t choose solutions that may bring quick wins but feel morally or aesthetically wrong (like roulette mechanics or aggressive pop-ups)
- Thriving on trust and freedom — you work independently, start projects on your own, generate ideas, and own the results. You’re proactive, energetic, unafraid to take initiative, and an enabler who turns ideas into reality
- Well-connected in the marketing world, bringing networks and relationships we don’t yet have
What the job involves
- MarTech is often labeled as “boring,” and we want to prove otherwise: with us, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, break patterns, and explore the full palette of marketing tools without bureaucracy — a chance to reshape not just how Birch shows up in the world, but how marketing in our industry can look altogether
- You’ll be a founding member of the Marketing team, reporting to Iskander, our co-founder and Chief Creative Officer
- A performance marketing freelancer will report to you, and you’ll work in a flat structure alongside our SMM specialist, event manager, communication designers, as well as customer success and sales
- In your first 3–6 months, you’ll turn new features like BïrchHub, Workspaces, and Studio into launch events on platforms such as Product Hunt and Reddit, run ad campaigns with solid unit economics, bring influencer marketing into the mix, and co-lead events to grow the offline community through promotion, partnerships, and creative assets
- Main focus areas:
- Grow the audience and engagement, turning this into consistent lead generation
- Own all external communications — from email campaigns, newsletters, and visual assets to influencer collaborations, partnerships, and event promotion
- [ ] Build a bold, high-quality brand presence and strengthen how Birch shows up in the world
- Execute ideas that balance meaning with metrics, making creativity both inspiring and effective
- Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:
- This is a hands-on generalist role. Even as Marketing Lead, you’ll be the one building processes from scratch and balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution
- Like any startup, there’s uncertainty. There’s no clear step-by-step playbook for success — you’ll need to chart that path
- We already have pockets of success, but now we need someone to reimagine how we tell our story from scratch, invent and test new ways, and not be afraid of trial and error
- We need someone who leads, not follows. We're looking for someone to push us forward and guide our creative direction
- There would be no traditional management structure or detailed briefs
- You'll be making independent decisions and telling us what works and what doesn't

Our take
Bïrch (formerly Revealbot) is an ad automation tool that leverages AI to produce digital ads for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. Its platform enables marketers to create dozens of ad variations at scale, auto-manage them by using rules, get cross-platform reports, and automatically promote their best posts.
While there are a growing number of automated digital advertising companies on the market, with Bïrch facing competition against companies such as Simpli.fi and Act-On, it has differentiated itself with its truly comprehensive suite of automated management, optimization, and scaling tools.
The company has also released several new products in the past few years, including TikTok automation and a wide range of platform integrations. As more companies turn to automated marketing solutions, Bïrch is well set to see continued growth.
