• You will own real problems end to end. You will take an ambiguous need, frame it, and ship the experience that makes value land in the first few moments. Activation matters here, because the sooner someone feels capable, the sooner they trust us
• You will design for intelligence. You will shape how AI manages and surfaces complex data, and how we build on top of it so the product feels effortless. Much of the work means taking dense financial and legal information and designing an experience that lets a person grasp it in seconds. The goal is a product so easy to use that advisors stop thinking about the software and focus entirely on their clients
• This is a senior individual contributor role. You lead through your work and your influence, not by managing people. You will raise the standard around you, give feedback that sharpens other designers' work, and help the team hold its own bar
