• We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and be an integral force in shaping the future of energy storage technology
• You will control diverse business operations, with day-to-day responsibility to plan, implement, manage, and control engineering- and operational-related activities and finances
• You will work closely with the CEO and the board to set the direction and priorities of the organisation, and ensure that we have the resources, processes, and systems in place to deliver high-quality against our business plan
• With a strong finance background, this COO role will institutionalise best practice for a growth stage company, evaluating team structure and organisational processes to make informed recommendations to help the company scale rapidly
• The objective is to design and build our operational processes for the company we are becoming rather than the company we are today

• You will work closely with the Chief Industrialisation Officer, who is responsible for Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics, on the environmental, health and safety processes of the business
