Role
Who you are
- Location: London or Lisbon
Desirable
- 2–5 years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, sales enablement, or campaign marketing
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, automation, data, infrastructure, fintech, or regulated markets
- Strong understanding of sales-led growth and complex buying committees
- Ability to create pipeline with a focused account-based motion rather than relying on high-volume inbound
- Strong writing skills across sales emails, campaign copy, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, and buyer-facing assets
- Comfortable working directly with AEs and turning Sales insight into better campaigns
- Analytical enough to measure what matters in long-cycle enterprise sales
- Practical, fast, and hands-on: you can build the campaign, not just brief it
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage operating pace
What the job involves
- Design and run account-based campaigns for priority verticals and named account lists
- Build demand programs across outbound support, partner activity, executive events, content, paid amplification, direct mail, and sales follow-up
- Create campaign offers that matter to senior operations, transformation, IT, and AI leaders
- Partner with Sales to build sequences, account briefs, leave-behinds, follow-up assets, objection handling, and meeting narratives
- Create sales enablement assets that help AEs open doors and progress complex enterprise deals
- Work with Partnerships on co-marketing campaigns, partner webinars, co-sell motions, and ecosystem-led demand
- Own campaign execution from idea to launch to measurement
- Build landing page copy, email copy, LinkedIn copy, event invites, webinar abstracts, and nurture content
- Track account engagement, meeting creation, opportunity progression, partner-sourced pipeline, and campaign influence
- Use Sales feedback to improve targeting, messaging, offers, and channel mix

This is the goal of Noxus, a startup building software that helps companies create and launch their own purpose-built AI workforces. Its AI workforce covers process automation, both streamlining and managing workflows, all whilst maintaining the highest standard of data privacy and security. Use cases span banking, customer service communication, competitive pricing analysis and much more, reflecting the customisable nature of the AI workforce.
Its this promise of flexible usage that helped Noxus raise a pre-seed funding round in 2025. It’s £1.5 million will be used to develop its platform and build new products, all to speed up the workforce’s meaningful integration of AI.
