Role
Who you are
- Proven 360 Sales Experience - 3+ years in an outbound sales role. Including at least 18 months of experience in closing deals. You will have experience managing sales cycles, stakeholders and negotiation, with an excellent record of sales delivery
- Proven Travel, Meetings and Events Background - Experience working in the travel, meetings, and events industry is a must. You will already have a great understanding of the buyer and supplier ecosystem within travel, as well as a strong network of Travel Managers, Heads of Events or Heads of Marketing.
- CRM Knowledge - Understanding of deal management through CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Agile Problem-solving - You will be joining a fast-paced tech startup with ever-changing products and solutions. You will need speed of thought and swift execution to capitalise on the opportunity that digital transformation presents within this industry
- Willingness to Learn: A desire to learn about our industry-leading technology is essential, as well as keeping ahead of industry trends and event technology innovation. You will be agile and adaptable to the changes of a fast-paced technology company.

What the job involves
- 360 Business Development Manager to join our growing global Business Sales team and help us drive growth across the UK, EMEA and US markets
- Outbound Sales - You will identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organisations. You will generate leads, cold call and prospect to build your sales pipeline you will qualify each lead to ensure they meet the HeadBox ideal customer profile
- Inbound Sales - You will respond to inbound demo requests, calls and enquiries. You will Qualify each opportunity and manage the sales process from inbound lead to close
- Revenue Delivery – You will pitch and demo the HeadBox for Business suite of products and services. You are responsible for acquiring new HeadBox for Business customers consistently and predictably to facilitate the year-on-year growth of HeadBox
- Senior Stakeholder Management – You will build, manage, and influence relationships with senior stakeholders from large companies across multiple sectors, typically Travel Managers or Procurement Managers
- Sales Strategy – From ideation to implementation, you will play a crucial role in the ever-developing HeadBox for Business sales strategy as we introduce new and exciting products to the industry
