- Passion for building and driving a marketing business to scale and being able to demonstrate progress and success in the region both from a direct and indirect motion to market
- Experience driving field and partner marketing across the entire region, with proven track record across UK/Benelux and Nordics. Experience throughout the entire region is a hard requirement for this specific role
- Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and return in pipeline and closed/won business
- Experience developing regional plans that leveraging an account-based marketing approach targeting large enterprises where applicable– experience of success in a top accounts program or similar will set you apart from other candidates
- Understanding of intent platforms, how best to leverage in plans/programs, influencing teams in the application and usage to increase efficiency and productivity
- 7+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events
- Leadership experience
- Ability to monitor and report on key metrics, adjusting marketing plans based on results
- Passion and experience of working with sales leaders and teams to generate pipeline and drive the business. Ability to influence others cross functionally across GTM teams
- Ability to market to a range of B2B personas in the buying group, using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms
- Comfortable with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
- Fluent English is a requirement
- Willing to travel 30% of the time
What the job involves
- SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with sales teams across the defined region of UK/Benelux/Nordics to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the entire region
- The Sr Field Marketing Manager plays an active role for the sales team ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories and will lead a team of two regional Field Marketing Managers, based respectively in UK and Netherlands
- You'll deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Regional Sales Teams. These integrated marketing programs may include:
- Roadshows, seminars and workshops highlighting customer success and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- ABM & C-level campaigns: Programs to create/accelerate opportunities
- Partner/ Alliances Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plans
- Greenfield programs: targeting new contact and account acquisition
- Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed
- Lead a team of 2 geographically distributed Field Marketing Managers
- Communicate regional and vertical trends to HQ to modify overall strategy, messaging, content
- Identify other programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell
- Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to regional AVP, marketing team and GTM stakeholders
- Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation, with machine learning-focused software that is built to help businesses battle online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market cap of $10B, though it's now fallen to around $4B. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
