Senior Product Marketing Manager, LucidLink

• 5+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS or cloud technology space
• A proven track record of launching successful products and running impactful marketing campaigns that delivered results
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – you know how to make even the most technical concepts engaging (without resorting to complicated diagrams unless absolutely necessary)
• Experience working with technical products and a knack for translating the "how it works" into "why it matters" for different audiences
• Experience crafting marketing messages that resonate with both technical experts and business decision-makers, from individual contributors to executives

• Deep product & market connection: You'll dive deep into LucidLink's cloud file streaming technology, uncovering its potential across various industries. Collaborating closely with our Product Management team, you'll get the inside scoop on the product roadmap, features, and the real value they bring. Your mission will be to translate complex tech into clear and exciting positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that speaks directly to our diverse users – from creative pros to IT gurus and business leaders
• Crafting GTM stories: You'll be the architect of our go-to-market strategies for new features, use cases, solutions, and product updates. This means developing compelling narratives and the content that brings them to life, whether we're reaching individual users through product-led initiatives or engaging with enterprise clients through sales-driven efforts
• Creating impactful content: You'll be the storyteller, developing high-quality marketing materials like website content, real-world case studies, insightful white papers, and practical sales enablement tools. Your words will clearly communicate the value LucidLink offers to different audiences
• Staying ahead of the curve: You'll keep a pulse on the market and the competition, allowing us to respond thoughtfully and quickly to new developments. You'll conduct market research to identify emerging trends, exciting opportunities, and potential challenges. By analyzing customer feedback and how people are actually using our product, you'll help us refine our messaging and positioning to be even more impactful
• Collaborating with passion: You'll work hand-in-hand with our Product Management team, ensuring our marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with where the product is heading. You'll partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to understand what our customers need and what their hesitations might be. You'll also connect with our Customer Success team to amplify the amazing stories our users are already telling. All of this will be done in collaboration with our talented design and content teams
• What we would like to see accomplished in the first 90 days:
• Leading the GTM launch for a key upcoming feature or update. This includes deeply understanding the feature with Product Management, developing core messaging and positioning, outlining the GTM plan, and delivering key launch content
• Creating one new customer case study or solution brief targeting a strategic persona or industry. This involves identifying a compelling customer story or solution scenario with Sales/Customer Success, conducting necessary research, and producing a finalized written piece ready for design
• Conducting a focused competitive analysis and delivering insights for a key market segment. This includes analyzing key competitors' positioning and messaging, and providing 3-5 recommendations to refine LucidLink's differentiation in that segment
