Who you are
- An expert in product discovery, agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) - bonus for knowledge around increasing customer loyalty

- You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form. An expert in the power of Slack to drive asynchronous communication and culture change
What the job involves
- Lead a cross-functional product team building and scaling a new product aimed at mass adoption across our customer base
- Build a healthy & effective high performing team that is able to deliver at pace – including a strong relationship with your technical lead
- Define the Vision, OKRs and Roadmap for your product team, to ensure the work they are doing is aligned with New Look’s goals and product strategy
- Be the servant leader to the team, helping to unblock them when needed and deliver against the team's goals, growing the product online and in-stores
- Design and facilitate workshops to solve challenging problems
- Ensure a high quality bar for everything your team produces across the full product lifecycle
- Consistently use high quality communications to articulate the key risks of your product
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decision making process, collecting and analysing both as needed
