Junior Product Manager, Omnipresent

• Working with payroll data requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A Junior Product Manager must be meticulous in their work to ensure precise calculations and error-free payroll processing;

• Data Modelling: Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, using various data modelling techniques to uncover valuable business insights
• Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders independently, to gather and understand their needs, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications for product development, whilst working with our product designers and engineers to refine further
• Functional Specifications: Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, to communicate clear and concise instructions to development teams
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements by leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback, whilst crafting a well defined and considered target operating model to drive business change
• Quality Assurance: Validate the functionality and performance of developed products against the defined specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Product Development Support: Work closely with development teams during the product development lifecycle, providing guidance and clarification as needed
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of new features and enhancements to ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards
