What the job involves
- Healthie is hiring an Operations & Special Projects Associate, reporting to our Chief of Staff
- This individual will be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination within the Executive Office and across all departments, acting as a thought partner in driving forward Healthie’s priorities around innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence
- In this role, you will assist the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations, including policy and process analysis, preparing internal and external communications, and ensuring clear alignment on executive priorities
- As a member of CEO’s office, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives alongside senior leaders and key stakeholders at the company
- You’ll be expected to own and execute a wide range of special projects and time-sensitive assignments, with a strong focus on identifying issues, clearly communicating them, and executing effective solutions
- A core part of this role includes building and refining internal processes, operational workflows, and documentation to enhance efficiency and drive consistency across the organization
- You’ll join customer meetings and serve as an important voice in the room for leadership offsites and company-wide retreats
- This is an incredible opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the inner workings of a rapidly scaling healthtech startup
- Success in this role will lay a strong foundation for future growth opportunities at Healthie, with a potential path into Operations leadership or a future Chief of Staff role, depending on your unique skills and interests
