Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimising revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gong) and processes
- Proven experience leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams

- Expertise in localisation or translation management industries

What the job involves
- We are looking for a talented Head of Revenue Operations to lead our efforts in building a world-class revenue operations function. In this high-impact role, you will own and optimise the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and scalable revenue growth
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and operational efficiency across the entire revenue engine. Your strategic and data-driven mindset will enable Lokalise to achieve ambitious growth goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our decision-making processes
- Own the revenue operations strategy: Design, implement, and optimise scalable processes to support end-to-end revenue generation and operational efficiency
- Enable data-driven decision-making: Develop and manage analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights, performance metrics, and forecasts for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Optimise go-to-market systems: Implement and manage revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gong) to enhance productivity and ensure data integrity
- Ensure rapid time-to-productivity: Design and deliver effective onboarding programmes, processes, and enablement initiatives to ensure new starters achieve productivity quickly and successfully
- Support strategic planning: Partner with leadership to drive annual planning, quota setting, and performance tracking while maintaining alignment with Lokalise’s overall business objectives
- Improve cross-functional alignment: Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and deliver on shared revenue goals
- Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence
- Drive process improvement initiatives: Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement best practices to continuously optimise performance
Our take
Localization can be a headache for companies shipping products to new markets, involving lengthy manual work and often highly general tools like Excel. Add to that the complexities of updating localization strategies to align with new agile software development methods, and it can prove a real hurdle for companies looking to expand their global footprint.
Lokalise allows for localization to be centralized and knitted more tightly into the development process, anticipating pernickety issues like formatting errors thrown up if translations require more space in the target language. This is a substantial development on translation-only services, but it’s becoming an industry standard also offered by competitors like RWS and Memsource.
What will help the relatively young Lokalise compete is a 2,500+ strong customer roster, which includes major enterprises like Revolut, Virgin Mobile, and Starbucks. It’s helped Lokalise cause a stir in the industry, and with global expansion on the rise across all major sectors, it should help the company continue its already impressive growth going forwards.
