Who you are
- You are a student or graduate from a top university with a technical or business background
- You have already gained initial professional experience in a competitive environment (e.g. successful start-up, consulting, investment banking)
- You are characterized by your independence and hands-on mentality
- Your analytical and communication skills are excellent
- You can confidently communicate in English and German
- You are available for this internship for at least three months and starting 1st September (onwards). The location of the internship is our office in Berlin Mitte
What the job involves
- As an intern in Strategy, you will work on the further development and growth of our company
- With your analytical skills and your hands-on mentality, you support our Chief of Staff and the Founders in strategic and operational activities
- Research, analysis and presentations are an important part of our day-to-day business and support the development of new ideas and projects
- You use data to question the status quo and provide impetus for the constant further development of our business areas
- There is no "typical day" for you, as your tasks are very varied and you get impressions of all areas of the company
Our take
getquin, formerly known as QUIN, offers a social network and portfolio tracking platform aimed at younger private investors. By allowing users to aggregate and manage their investments in one place, while also engaging with a community of peers and experts, the company is positioning itself as a central hub for modern retail investing.
Since launching in 2020, getquin has established a solid foundation, backed by experienced fintech founders and early support from investors like APX, Sino AG, and Runa Capital. This backing has helped the company scale its platform and refine its offering in an increasingly competitive market.
getquin's focus on Millennial and Gen Z investors remains a shrewd move, given the sustained rise in retail participation.
