Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in delivery, implementations, or similar
- Experience with enterprise software workflow design, technical project management, configuration, tech consulting or similar
- Knowledge of health system technology a plus (EHRs, various integrated point solutions)
- Ability to translate customer needs into achievable goals & impact drivers
- Translate and present technical concepts to a variety of audiences from technical to operational to executive
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% for customer and company meetings
- Passion for solving challenging problems through technology
- Ability to think critically and logically and configure workflows using a no-code admin console
- Thrive in an autonomous role in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced environment
- Enjoy working with internal R&D teams and external customer facing teams to solve cross-functional problems
- Familiarity with relevant Authorizations process and technologies, e.g., 835/837 in, 237 out, 270/271 eligibility, 278 files, HL7 ADT orders and results

What the job involves
- Our Solutions Delivery Team is accountable for software implementation and associated service transformation of a specific Notable solution
- This requires management from the moment a sales opportunity closes until the implementation is complete, the value creation target is achieved, and the customer is referenceable
- Lead internal and external kickoffs to understand partner strategy and align program goals
- Tailor the best practice implementation plan template to the relevant products and customer context
- Ensure EHR access for successful job execution, collaborating with Product Delivery Lead
- Conduct Workflow Discovery, recommend design choices, and configure Notable platform accordingly
- Collaborate with Product Operations and Delivery Leads for thorough testing of workflows and jobs
- Facilitate smooth introduction to Notable Support processes and identify staff for training
- Lead weekly internal and external huddles to discuss progress, achievements, and critical next steps
- Publish concise weekly project status reports and escalate risks/blockers to Team Lead with actionable recommendations
- Walk the halls at your customers to build deep understanding of their context and strong working relationships
Our take
Modern medical technology is amazing but administration has not been able to keep up, with doctors ands surgeons still bogged down in repetitive paperwork keeping them from seeing more patients. Notable exists to solve this problem with intelligent automation, relieving doctors of up to 70 minutes per day of administrative tasks and eliminating input errors or missed patient requirements.
While other software companies such as UiPath are trying to reduce repetitive workloads through automation, Notable stands out due to its focus on the needs of medical practictioners in particular, and because of its solution's ease of integration into existing systems thanks to its focus on APIs. This has grown it a customer base of thousands of medical care sites, with 100% positive reviews for its product.
Notable has raised large amounts of funding which it has invested in scaling its operations, mainly in healthcare and the US. But it is also investigating additional uses for its technology, moving into adjacent market sectors and preparing for overseas expansion, releasing an AI assistant for patient engagement and staff workflows in 2023. As skilled administrative staff becomes harder to come by but the need for medical care only increases, the demand for Notable's product is set to grow.
