BDR Manager, Cyera

• Ability to work onsite at our Chicago/NYC office 3x per week
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably within the data security, cybersecurity, or technology sector
• Proven track record of managing and scaling a high-performing BDR or sales team
• Strong understanding of the data security landscape and an ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy
