Who you are

2+ years of experience in Software Development (Co-ops and internships count)

What the job involves

Utilizing LLMs to implement new features and enhance existing ones
Building and maintaining AWS infrastructure using CDK
Collaborating with a distributed team to ensure seamless project execution
Keeping projects moving forward by managing timelines and deliverables
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members

Our take

Rally delivers automation and collaboration software to business lawyers and their clients. It is working to make the world’s legal documents computer-understandable, allowing lawyers to practice with more efficiency while enabling businesses to gain insight from their legal information.

The company is consistently developing new ways to do so, recently launching a new AI add-in for Word called ‘Spellbook’. This feature enables a variety of tasks including language suggestion, negotiation suggestion and term summaries, and is currently in Early Access.

This is just one mark of Rally’s continuous efforts to further strengthen its offerings. Once the company has monitored quality and ensured that its systems can scale to meet the demand, Spellbook will be integrated into the core legal management platform, which is used by over 100 law firms and thousands of legal entities and counting.
